ABOUT THE MONROE AGENCY


Debra Wilkens is the founder and principal of The Monroe Agency, Inc. Debra has helped direct the careers of many professionals and serviced enterprise clients. Ms. Wilkens has focused on executive management as well as technology sales and marketing personnel placements, however, she is always open to working other positions as needed by her clients. She received a Master’s degree from Wichita State University, Wichita, KS in Education with an emphasis in business.

Debra Wilkens had a strong prior sales and sales management career with organizations such as Ashton-Tate (a leading database software), 800-Software/Corporate Software (a software reseller), and citysearch.com (an online guide for cities).

Previous Positions

Debra's previous positions have included Sales Rep, Western Regional Sales Director and National Sales Director. Hiring and training were major responsibilities in her sales management roles. She loved the hiring aspect and decided to launch The Monroe Agency, Inc. in 2004.  The agency is located in Southern California.
